Our team ensures that we deliver and install each CCTV system by completing all steps of setup and programming and testing procedures which demonstrate full operational capacity of the system at project completion. The system becomes operational and customer acceptance occurs after the handover process is complete.
To get the best from your system and to maintain warranty coverage, we recommend that you contact our support team if you intend to alter the system in any way particularly the key element of NVR.

Kindly go through the following terms thoroughly:
- The warranty given is only valid for the system as it was originally installed and set up by our technicians.
- Any modifications made after the installation, including, but not limited to, changes of system settings, passwords or programming, by the customer or any third party shall be considered as void of warranty coverage for issues arising therefrom.
- The changes extend beyond NVR (Network Video Recorder) settings which include recording schedules and storage and network and remote access and firmware and user permissions.
- Adjustments related to other devices, internet, mobile apps, or integrations may impact performance and are considered outside of warranty after external modification.
- If the faults come from the changes mentioned above, the chargeable support services will be the required troubleshooting, reconfiguration or restoration of the system.
- Relevant service call-out and labour rates will be charged to put the system back into a working state.
